We are Pam and Jim Overholt and we love cruising. We are not your cookie cutter travel agent order takers.. We are passionate about travel and want you to feel special in that each journey takes into account your interests. Whether it be food and wine, history, art or a more cultural focus. Or a, wow I always wanted to see the see Ayers Rock or the Great Wall of China..
We started as a cruise only agency 17 years ago,however; our customers were requesting customized destination holidays, such as Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Tuscan holidays. Soft adventure trips to Iceland, Galapagos are on our radar as is birding in Aftrica.
Pam's experience started in Western Canada with great knowledge of Alasks and the Canadian Rockies while working with Holland America Line.Travel extended to Indonesia, Hawaii, Bermuda and the Caribbean while with the Line. Travel adventures continued to Belgium, Switzerland,Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Greece.
We have both travelled travelled to Germany, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Italy, Turkey,Holland and France.
We are both season cruisers with Regent Seven Seas, three different River criuse companies as well as many Europe destination larger ship cruises.
With combined experience of over 50 years we know it is important to ask the right questions, to take time in understanding your needs and expectations. With our years in travel we have contacts world wide to design the travel experience that is just right for you. After all, it is your travel investment and we respect that with courteous professional service. All travellers carry our home phone number in the event of an emergency or last minute change. We are with you from start to finish.

Pam and Jim have always been very helpful when planning and booking our trips. We like to leave almost every detail, big or small, in their hands because we know that they do their best for us. I was happy to let Pam do all the work!
We had always wanted to go on a cruise of the Baltic Sea, and Pam was able to plan it
exactly as we had hoped: several countries to visit, shore excursions in each country with great guides, a beautiful
ship. All stress-free!

I have taken a number of cruises through Pam and Jim over the past approx 15 years and I've always appreciated their competent, personalized service. They know their clients and make every effort to match their vacation to their needs and wants. They sell high quality cruise products and stand by what they sell. They often present helpful options with various dates, pricing, etc, so that you can choose what works best for you. They have a good understanding of seniors' travel needs. I used to travel with my elderly father who had some mobility issues and they made extra effort to ensure that our trip would go as smoothly and comfortably as possible for him. I particularly like their "call us anytime that you need anything, no matter where you are. We're here to help!". I'm very pleased to recommend Pam and Jim's services and never have any hesitation about calling them for my cruise travel needs.

Personal caring service beyond normal
We have been using Jim and Pam for many years. When we travel with their help we travel with confidence knowing the proper planning has been done.
